This document was previously formatted for the printer <printer name> on <printer port>, but that printer isn't available. Do you want to use the default printer <printer name> on <printer port>?
Cause:
This error occurs when printing or previewing a form or report, and is because the printer driver that was in use when the form or report was created no longer exists on the system.
Solution:
Choose 'OK' in the message box to set the form or report to use the default printer.
1) Click 'OK'. (This resets the printer to the default printer and save the setting with the form and report.)
NOTE 1: Setting a form or report to use the default printer will prevent the error message from reappearing, because the form or report will use the default printer on any system when previewed or printed.
NOTE 2: Alternatively, click 'Setup' on the message box to assign an existing, specific printer to the form or report.
